Restrictions Request

BEFORE YOUR SUBMIT YOUR PROJECT PLEASE THOROUGHLY READ THE COVENANTS. You will have to certify you have read and understand them.

Next, SUBMIT THE RESTRICTIONS FORM BELOW AND DESCRIBE YOUR PROJECT FOR REVIEW. 

This is not a complete list of projects that require an approval.  Please allow 30-days for your request to be either approved or denied. 

Roof and Gutters: type and color of product including gutters, valleys, and flashing  

Exterior paint color: color swatch, paint location, photos of adjacent finishes

Fencing: product type, style, color and position 

Siding, window, exterior doors, or other exterior improvements: type, color, location, material finish.

Exterior changes: city permit, design drawing, location and type of building material.  

Swimming Pools: city permit, design drawing, finishes, location, equipment and building materials storage plan, and drainage plan.

Additions: city permit, design drawing, location and type of building material.  

Outbuildings: city permit, plans, design drawing, location, color scheme, roof material,  siding material, images of your existing home to match, specifications and other requirements  

Concrete: city permit, design, location and type of building material.  

Deck: city permit, design drawing, location and type of building material.

We want you to get your home improvement project started. Submitting this form to the HOA Restrictions Committee and supporting documents is not exhaustive, but is the first step to the neighborhood process.

Your submission using the above form simply starts the process. Your request can take up to 30-days for the Restrictions committee and HOA board to review your project in accordance with our neighborhood covenants. 

Depending on your project, the restrictions committee may request additional documentation during the review process.  If you project type isn't listed, please submit a request under other for review and clarification if further approval is needed and what documents need submitted.
